About me

Hi, I'm Stacey.

I've spent more than twenty years in community mental health, from in-home crisis work with kids and families to leading programs. Now I focus on what I love most: working with adults and couples who are ready to make a change.

Every person and every relationship is welcome here. I work with couples of every kind and with people from every background, and I'll meet you without judgment.

Clients have described me as direct and compassionate, sweet and tough, sometimes all in the same session. I'll be honest about what I'm noticing, and I'll be kind about how I say it. You're the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you find what's already there.

Our first session is mostly about getting to know you: what brought you here, what you'd like to be different, and what has or hasn't helped before. You set the pace. By the end, we'll both have a sense of whether we're a good fit and where to start.

How I can help

Therapy for adults and couples

Individual therapy

For adults working through stress, life transitions, relationships, or patterns they're ready to change.

Couples therapy

For partners of every kind who want to communicate better, rebuild trust, or figure out what comes next together.

Telehealth

Secure video sessions from home, anywhere in Connecticut. No commute and no waiting room.

Fees and insurance

$125 per session, self-pay. I'm not in network with any insurance plans at this time.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care if you're not using insurance. Ask me for one anytime.

What I don't offer

I don't provide medication management. If you need it, I'm happy to coordinate with a prescriber.

For clinicians

Clinical supervision for LMFT and LPC associates

I've supervised and signed off on licensure hours for both LMFT and LPC associates, and teaching is one of my favorite parts of this work. If you're working toward licensure in Connecticut and want a supervisor who's direct, supportive, and invested in your growth, let's talk.

What's available

  • Individual supervision by telehealth
  • Support tracking your hours toward licensure
  • Group supervision, if there's enough interest. Let me know if you'd join one.

Rates and availability

$100 per hour for individual supervision.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice.
